Just got the gun back from S&W. Less than a 2 week turn around with free shipping both ways. Excellent service. Should have gone to them in the first place, rather than some crack gunsmith. they ended up replacing the firing pin (which was broken) and the bushing. Took it to the range yesterday and it worked like a dream.
