Some days I don't think my eyes could see the rising sun at 100 yards, but I agree that a heavy-frame .38 target revolver is a wondrous gun. Everybody should have one.

Cool that you have one with a red post front sight. My Pre-23 has a straight Patridge blade up front. I have a transitional OD from 1946 that has a King reflector sight on it. That's a little easier for me to work with.

Excellent gun. Congratulations. Everybody should be fortunate enough to have a revolver that, regardless of surface appeal...
