If you don't mind modifying grips - You could find a pair of uncle mikes 59007 "rubber" grips (like the ones that came on the 360J's) and remove the third finger of the grip if you know someone with a mill - there is a nice plastic rib that could be followed for removal. Just a though - at least you would not be modifying an expensive set of grips to get what you want.
