Rawhyde, I got this today from my friend who is very up on this sort of thing due to her children's allergies.

If she doesn't know no one will but in the meantime he should get some very strong probiotics and drink lots of water with sugar free electolites- I use ultima replenisher from wholefoods. He is going to be very dehydrated. I will let you know what my friend says ASAP"
