I have a Wraith IWB holster by Seth's Gun Leather that rides low, like you describe. I did have to request a lower ride height, which added a bit to the turnaround time but not the cost. I consider it the perfect ride height for me, low enough that the cylinder is just under the belt line but not so low that it interferes with getting a good grip on the gun. It's also very comfortable and stable when worn.
