I'm sorry that you don't appreciate SAK's, but you raised a good point: if one has a lot of stuff in his pockets, don't carry a knife there.

Keys, Chapstick, coins, and other stuff tear up a knife handle, scarring it badly. If you carry a pocket gun, wear the SAK in a belt pouch. They sell some (Swiss Army Brands) or various retailers offer good plain Cordura pouches that don't shout "knife" to an observer.

The only thing that goes in my knife pocket is a handkerchief!
