My nephew gave it to me when he figured out that he didnt really know how to use it. I gave him a tasco 3-9 in exchange.
The Optics are clear and bright, it doesnt have the illuminated reticles like some of my other scopes but I find them distracting and dont use them anyway. it has adjustment for parallax but I have found it to not need adjusting. Zeiss now owns the Optronics line of scopes, so I really dont know anymore about them.
