Back in the mid 90s, I had this 74 Formula 400 Firebird. It was a fun car. Tried to keep it stock except for free flow exhaust, HEI, th400 w/shift kit, 3.42 rear. Drove 50 miles to track, drop tire psi a bit, bump timing a few deg. With traction, ran mid 13s on stock rubber. Pretty decent and still got pretty good gas mileage with the 4bbl. q-jet. Had a lot of good memories with that car. Times and priorities have changed over the years, and while I miss those days, I don't regret selling it. Typically firearms take up less space, and hold their value just fine.
