You are correct about the TEU not standing for Test and Evaluation Unit even though that is written to be the case in the S&W standard catalog. But the gun is a legitimate test gun from the first shipment that went to the FBI for testing. I have no qualms with the way he has this gun listed. I would like to see the end labels of the box to tell if it is legit but there is no reason to think otherwise.

I should add that two other FBI 1076's with the "TEU" prefix sold a year or so ago for right around $2000 each in seperate auctions. You have to remember that there were only around 250 in this first shipment.
