They may not be texting. My wife's I Phone is internet capable and you can check prices and the like while you are shopping. You can hop on one of the auction sites and see what the model that caught your fancy is currently selling for.

Texting I don't understand. Just place the call and talk to the person.

P.S. Kim's I Phone allows her to dictate a text message and the phone converts the speech to text. Figure that one out.
