hi i dont mean to divert the thread but ive had 12 gauge 2 3/4 winchester bird shot manufactured in 74ish. that stuff sounded more like a bomb going off than a shotgun firing and it kicked so hard it drove the openning lever well into the web of my hand(needed stitches) i thought the gun had exploded in my hands!
yes they all went boom but i havent shot any more of them, i just cant imagine they were like that new, ive shot 3" ssg that didnt kick as much
