There may actually be a guy or two in your area that just does transfers. I buy from Bud's Gun Shop online and they have a listing of FFLs that they ship to, one might be in you area and they tend to only charge $20 or so for the paperwork...might be worth checking into.

At any rate, the 9c is a phenomenal gun and worth every penny! Be sure to let us know what you end up with and give us a pic or two when you get her home!
