I have a GPNY too
The trigger return was a bit sluggish so I trimmed two coils off a S&W rebound spring and installed that, and now my DA pull feels so much smoother
with a nice, fast trigger return........ I doubt that would have been allowed when it was on duty lol
That's a great collection of NYPD duty guns, I need a NYPD 64 and also the Service Six.......would love an SPNY to go with my GPNY.
I have no great love for the Pachmayr Gripper, but it seems to have been THE "standard" for replacement rubbers on service revolvers.......I like the Presentations myself, but unfortunately Pachmayr never offered them for the GP100.
