I shot 75 rounds of 55gr FMJ .223 out of my M&P15 Sport and 40 rounds of 250gr 45colt out of my Rossi 92 rifle. I have already decapped them all and ran them through the tumbler. I wont work on the .223's but I hope to have the 45 colts loaded with .225gr Hornady FTX's over 12.5gr of Longshot.

p.s. I have done some research and my Rifle will handle a little over 40k cup and my rounds are running around 35k cup. 9.1gr of longshot with a 225ftx loaded into full length cases (I dont have to trim) give me almost 1200fps.
