You'll always hear more bad than good because all the "good ones" are out being shot and enjoyed. It is nice to know about the few problems that can happen and be aware of some potentual ones. But remember S&W has the best CS going and DOES take very good care of its customers AND on their dime too.
Most people have zero problems and some just like to complain and nit-pick about small things.
