All of the Hong Kong and Aussie M-10's I've seen have been square butt. The New South Wales guns from Oz have three-inch barrels. Alas, they destroyed a BUNCH of them.

I do very much want a round butt std. bbl. M-10. Wish they'd made them in M-64 form.

The rounded butt wears coat linings less and is a bit easier to conceal. Add a Tyler adapter or maybe Uncle Mike's grips (if you can still find any) and you're good to go.

In the USAF in the 1960's, the only M&P or Victory guns I saw were sq. butt. Never really saw a M&P/M-10; just Victories, supplementing M-15's until there were enough of those later Combat Masterpieces. We did have a few Colt Official Police and Commando guns. Those older .38's were rumored to have come from the Navy. Some of the Victories were so marked.
