As of late, Remington's 22 golden bullet ammo is of very poor quality. I bought 10,000 rounds when I was a dealer back in the 90's. I bought 5,000 two or three years ago on sale at Big 5 for $10 per 500. The older stuff shoots every time no matter what gun I use. The newer stuff fails to fire about one in 15 or 20. I'm going to give the newer stuff as Christmas presents to people I don't like. My .02, Rod
