Normally I do not subscribe to conspiracy theories, but this one has just too many things lined up in just the right place. How the story can change virtually overnight from the AR being in the car (and apparently pictures of it?) to him using it.

I smell a rat here... agenda's are at work. Now apparently the final report on this will not be available for "a couple months", yet now they want legislation in January?
