You'd be lucky to get one here for 750.00 bucks...and then you'd never be able to register it without taking it to the Cave of the Gun Fairy and have wave her magic wand and give the arm a miraculous caliber and model change, as well as the refinish...which would add another chunk of change bringing your grand total to around 1,000.00 bucks.

It all depends on where you are and the availability on the market as to what something is worth, I guess. But for 750.00 bucks, around here, a Model 28 wouldn't be "on sale" for very darn long.
