Use a taper crimp for semi-autos. You will want to seat the bullet in one operation, and apply the crimp seperately in another operation. It really doesn't work well to try seating and crimping the bullet at the same time because you are moving the bullet as you try to seat it, and your crimps won't be properly applied.
