This is presuming that you have been keeping an unused dryer sheet rolled up in your hopper to eliminate static electricity.

Why in the world would you put a dryer sheet in the hopper.?? Once it has been filled it is coated and there is no more static. If you take the powder hopper right off without clearing the drop tube you will still dump at lease 2 charges all over.
