Completed guns in inventory and frames in progress during a change order like the Mod 34 stamping are common and would ship after the order date w/o being stamped.

Yes the 22/32 continued to be built on the new model of 1953 I frame until Oct 1960.

My opinion on the value would decrease somewhat since the stocks are not original although the condition seems very nice.
