Default need some advice on 9mm cast bullet loads

I recently purchased some 147gr flat point 147's and some 130gr HP's. the only cast bullets I've loaded before have been 124gr RN's. I use Universal powder and am having a hard time finding reloading data. The Hodgdon site lists a 130gr cast RN bullet and shows a starting load of 3.8gr universal with an OAL of 1.150. However, in order to clear the rifling on my M&P I need an OAL of no more than 1.111. Has anyone here loaded any 130gr cast HP's and if so what load are you using behind them and what OAL are you sticking to. On the 147gr FP's I'm having no problems with OAL as listed either by Hodgdon or by Lyman for their cast 147's but cannot find any info using Universal. these day I cannot just go buy a different powder since nothing is available and I managed to dig up 3lbs of Universal. the loadings by Lyman seem pretty conservative which should be safe but they don't list anythig for Universal powder.
