You may want to call them. I ordered 3 of the 10-round long mags on 1/10 also, and got mine about 3 weeks later. But after I ordered mine (maybe the next day?), the website showed Out of Stock. And, maybe the key factor, I received an email confirmation that they received my order.
I really wonder if the orders are "first-come / first-served" -- I feel that maybe I just got lucky. S&W never sent me an email that order shipped, nor did I get a tracking number. But I did see the charge show up on my credit card so I knew it had shipped.
