Actually I didn't. That's my own personal opinion after noticing that many manufacturers, not necessarily Federal, have bulk ammo and packaged ammo that uses the same casing and/or same weight, shape, size bullet. Powder could be different, I didn't go so far as to taste that. Just find it interesting that lots of manufacturers seem to do this or something similar. Take Winchester Super-X Hi-velocity RN ammo vs. M-22 in the bulk pack for example. Do you disagree?
