I too ordered mags from S&W. After a month I called customer service and they advised are all orders are going out, but he would not take my order number. I called again yesterday and the cust. service rep advised me all orders to NY were cancelled! The mags I want are in stock but they will not send them to me because I live in NY. These mags are legal for me to purchase now, but the legal dept. had the NY orders cancelled. No email, no phone call, NOTHING.
I actually ordered 5 mags from Beretta last week and had them in less than a week!
Everyone should call and check on their order - S&W is screwing long time customers! My S&W 6906 will be useless to me because they can't get their stuff together.
