Sorry to hear about that. At least Amazon seller is taking care of it... USPS is the worst of them. I had a package I was expecting (ordered a really nice ring for my girl, paid over $300 for it), had it delivered with tracking#, delivery confirmation and insurance and they claim it was delivered and that someone signed for it but it was never found. I went through loops, a lot of phone calls, emails, just to try to claim the insurance money ... it had been almost 9 months and they were still not wanting to pay me for their negligence and I finally just threw the towel on it.

Never had any major problems with UPS except for them leaving things in the strangest of places. I ordered a guitar once and they left the package under my truck. I’m glad I didn’t run over it by accident.

Of all of them I trust FedEx the most. Here in my city they have always had very friendly employees and been great on delivery.
