Two answers I've always wanted to hear in court:
Prosecutor: Officer, were you driving a fully-marked patrol car?
Cop: No, due to budget cuts we could only afford to paint the left side.
or,
Prosecutor: Were you in full police uniform?
Cop: Well, I wasn't wearing any pants.
