Final Update:

Went to the range again today and fired about 40 rds of the POF and 25-30 rds of the same Independence 115 gr mentioned above. The Independence was flawless, but the Pakistani ammo jammed one time again. This pretty well confirms the issue for me. I'll use up the POF at the range and save the top shelf ammo for defense.
