my stock sport is shooting one inch groups at 100 yards, right out on the box, with my el-cheapo 9 power scope and cheap ammo. she has the 5R barrel, 1:8 twist.

i actually purchased the sport tor 50 yard fun, iron sights shooting. BUT since she behaves so well at longer ranges, i may install a free float handguard. although i can't imagine how it will improve what my "mission" calls for.

i believe grover says that if i shoot long strings at 200+ yards, i will see improvement (with the free float) as she heats up.

right now, where i shoot is limited to 100 yards. that and I CAN'T FIND AMMO ANYWHERE. so i'm afraid to waste my ammo right now.

my sport is so sweet.
