OK, so I think you are confirming what I said above then....
In reading my post, it confirms that the slot in the frames for
Performance Center guns are there, whether or not they are 9mm or 40S&W. My post says that "standard production" 9mm guns do not have the slot, making it impossible to insert the 40 cal magazines into them. This whole discussion started when I mentioned that all the PC guns used the 40 caliber frames (with the slot that allows the 40 cal magazines to be inserted).
All S&W 40 cal Mags have the bump in the pic, they fit in any Third Gen PC auto, but they will not fit into Standard Factory 9mm guns.
