...actually 2 inch M10s were really uncommon (I never saw one at all with NSWP). Designated Ds (not A Listers) could apply for me have their M10 replaced with a M36, same same was possible when attaining Commissioned rank. Some 3 inch 36s were also issued to officers who's hand was considered too small for a M10.
