It's a long story, but here's my NY-1 revolver. Never even cracked open the cylinder, she's been sitting in her mahogany box since the late 1980s.

It took me eight or so years (of scheming mostly) to get the NYPD to go over to stainless revolvers (told you it was a long story). By the time I managed to do so we were about to switch over to semi-autos!

My claim to fame, as it is, is the change from ferrous metal to stainless and the making of J-frame handguns with full width front sights (which is how they've been made ever since I required it on the NYPD handguns). Hated those 1/10" wide sights on earlier J-frames!

The letter that came with the gun (I've framed it).
