A neat setup. Similar to the early pre war 22/32 Heavy Frame Targets (Bekeart models). But they didn't have a ramp under the bead sight.
Sounds like a horizontal cylindrical piece with the bead on the back end soldered on top of the ramp front sight. The cylindrical part must be pretty short if the ramp sight still has its full height because it almost comes to a point at the top. The original front sight blade is retained with a pin to the barrel rib. So I can understand the original blade being removed, modified and re-pinned back into the rib.
The rear V notch blade is a simple swap with the original sq notch blade.
