I am in a similar situation sir.
Dad was stationed at a USMC base in Memphis Tenn.
when i was born. And nothing at all against the great
state of Tennessee but i consider myself to be born
and bred from Indiana. Both parents born and raised
here. This is where we moved back to when "Pops" got
his 20 years in with the Corp and retired.
I say you are what you feel you are.
