Welcome to the Forum.
Your M10 was made in 1969 or 1970 according to the Catalog.
It is actually a 3 screw. The strain screw doesn't count in that regard. The fourth screw would be in the front of the trigger guard. That was eliminated in 1962 with the M10-4.
