I am shockingly disappointed in Alabama. Then again, this might not take into account the recent change to allowing open carry, shall issue, and honoring every other state's CCW permit or license.

How Vermont, which requires no permit for anything got so many points is a mystery.

Tennessee should be much lower on their list. Other than binding signage, TN is very gun friendly. Texas is far more restrictive and yet gets more points.

We have a lot of work to do until all states are rated at 0 by the Brady Dopes.
