If anyone knows about finishing oil it's this guy ^^.
The Herretts I have gotten come with a light application of and recommendation
to use Formbys. I prefer Dem-Bart London (now Continental) oil finish.
It is a medium thickness and takes quite awhile to dry but brings out the figure well.
I have never been able to seal the little jars well enough to prevent them
from drying out after a few months making me wish they made even smaller
jars or tubes to use one for each project.




These are not really as shiny as the direct sunlight makes them out to be.
The Dem-Bart also never really hardens completely making it easy to
hold onto the gun. Maybe Kurac can tell us what is really in the Dem-Bart stuff.
