I am 90% sure the gun has been refinished. Your picture is very dark, but it clearly shows the barrel marking that looks like every letter has rounded polished edges. The bluing also looks very dark as well. If refinished, value would be in the low $200 range.

A new thread with more and better pictures would be a great help in determining finish and condition.
