I have a friend that has a 9mm Shield with the same issue. I've posted about it here before. This happens almost every magazine she runs through it. It has something to do with her grip or hand strength. I've tried to re-create this by limp-wristing on purpose, and cannot make it happen for me. Has anyone else tried to shoot it?
