Remington's NEW brand name (sales gimmick) is HTP but is 100% IDENTICAL to their # R38S12 which was the old designation. They just upgraded the name because they want to let people know their SD ammo is still "state of the art". In fact the only thing that's changed is the price - guess which way it went..........
