RIP Peter, you will be missed. It was a line in "My Favorite Year" but Peter O'Toole was in fact, a movie star.

It's probably too good to be true but I once heard a story regarding him before he quit drinking. While living in Dublin, he woke one day to find himself somewhere in England after a multi-week bender. Making his way back to Dublin, he arrived home announcing to his wife, "Don't pay the ransom, I've escaped!" Like I said, it's probably too good to be true but if it's not, it should be. It would have fit him so well.
