Yes, a dash1 gun that has NOT been modified will have a single recoil spring on a .290" diameter guiderod. Same as the one in that picture sans bushing.

The slides on the other guns, no-dash, dash2, & dash3 were manufactured with a smaller hole in the tunnel to accomodate the .236" guiderod and dual nested springs.
