The Model 36-1, by definition, will have a 3" heavy barrel and a square grip frame.
Since I don't know how you define "good" shape and "not great" it is difficult to answer your question. However, if we are talking the high end of shooter grade, I'd say the price is fair, especially if the holster is one that you would use. If you wouldn't use it, it adds nothing to the value, if you see what I mean.
