Again you are positing a situation that is
crystal clear (there is no ambiguity to someone walking around a school offing kids) and as unlikely to happen right in front of any one of us as being struck by lightning.
What do you do when you walk around a corner and see one guy holding a gun on another? That's all the information you get, is one a cop? did one just rob the other? If so who?
