Does there seem to be a cavalier attitude in the customer service department? I purchased a new 642 Pro because I liked the idea of the moon clip option, however the gun was packaged with the wrong clips, turned out they were for a 9mm J-frame!
To make a long story short, I was told by S&W service that they would send the proper replacements, that was over 3mo. ago and I still don't have them, now they say they aren't available. that's BS because they package them with a new gun.
Obviously they won't take the high road and take care of customers anymore!
