Unfortunately, the Smith & Wesson 637 "GUNSMOKE: WYATT DEEP COVER" revolver has absolutely nothing to do with Matt Dillon or the Gun Smoke radio and television series.

There is another television show about some gun shop and a Wyatt family who operate it. I understand they are off the air now because Rich Wyatt, the male lead, got busted for tax evasion. I have never seen the show, but you can probably find something on YouTube.

Edited to add: Still, it is a neat revolver and some of the prices I have seen appear to be bargains considering what you are getting. If the funny business with the Wyatt family doesn't concern him or you, it would be possible to just pretend it relates to the other TV show, which is one of my favorites, and enjoy a very nice looking J-frame.
