I have a Dan Wesson Vent/heavy 22 with 8"barrel and a 6" standard barrel also. It is without a doubt (for me) the most accurate hand gun i own or have ever shot even considering my Thompson Center contender in 7mm TCU with a scope. It just doesn't have the punch of the T/C especially with the 45-70 barrel
