The grips are plastic with no mfg markings on the inside or the outside. They are the same profile as the black S&W grips that I have on my other 2206's; Numrich sales them as "728720 | SMITH & WESSON | 422, 622, 2206 | Grips, Black Nylon, Factory Original (Incl Dual Thumbrest)". I'm not sure if these grips are original or not, but they seem to be rare because I cannot find a google image showing the same grip style with a wood grain finish.
