It is a huge difference. When one says that their Walmart has not had ammo in months, they are incorrect. Just because he hasn't been there when the ammo is available does not mean that Walmart has not had ammo, they just didn't have it when he was there.

Most likely he was not at Walmart in the early AM on the mornings when they had new stock.

Same as my bank account. I can not say there is never any money in there, as there is more money added every other Friday. However, it may not be there when I go to get it if my wife beats me to it!
